About Us
Alberta West Transport Ltd. was formed in 2013 with a single winch tractor and a scissor-neck trailer. Our goal was to provide heavy hauling for the oil & gas, forestry, and major manufacturing industries. From that humble start, Alberta West has grown to a fleet of two winch tractors, one tandem tractor, one tridrive tractor, complete with a fleet of trailers from scissor-neck, 50 tonne low-bed with jeep and booster; tridem log hayracks; tridem self-load log trailers; Super-B-Train log trailers; and Super-B-Train flat deck.
Alberta West has branched out with equipment purchases of a mulcher and a Butt-n-Top log loader to address some of the service requests of our clients.
Alberta West also has several alliance truckers and equipment owners that are called on from time to time to assist in meeting our clients' time frames and special project requirements.
But the most important component since our formation has been our great clients. Alberta West has been very fortunate to work with great clients and therefore it has been a privilege to provide prompt, reliable, quality services for them. We look forward to adding other exceptional clients to our list and providing them with our great service.
